Gov. Tony Evers has declared April 8 - 12 as
Wisconsin's Tornado and Severe Weather Awareness Week.

mock tornado drill.

Thursday, April 11 at:
1:00 pm - National Weather Service issues a Mock Tornado Watch
1:45 pm - National Weather Service issues a Mock Tornado Warning
2:00 pm - End of 1:45 pm Mock Tornado Warning drill
6:45 pm - National Weather Service issues a Mock Tornado Warning
7:00 pm - End of 6:45 pm Mock Tornado Warning drill
This would be a good time to check your amateur radios that have the
Weather Alert feature, to see if it receives the mock watch and warning
signals. Also check your commercial weather radios to ensure that they
operate as intended, too.
