The ORC Scholarship is available to Wisconsin residents holding any class of Amateur Radio license and pursuing at least a bachelor degree in any course of study. The ORC Scholarship is administered by the Foundation for Amateur Radio (FAR). Additional information and an application form may be requested by letter or QSL card, from:
